Job summary

DaBella Exteriors Careers is seeking an on-site Manager, HRIS and People Analytics in Austin, Texas. You will serve as the primary Workday functional lead, configuring modules, automating processes, and ensuring data integrity to support payroll and HR operations.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders to optimize Workday, drive process improvements, and deliver timely workforce analytics through dashboards and reports; lead the HR Technology team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday, overseeing day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing system optimization.
• Perform hands-on configuration within Workday, primarily supporting Core HCM and related modules.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, reports, calculated fields, workflows, and other system functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve system usability, eliminate manual processes, and increase automation.
• Coordinate Workday releases, including testing, validation, deployment, and end-user communication.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration-related defects, and partner with Workday Support or external consultants on more complex technical issues.
• Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of employee data within Workday.
• Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Finance, Information Technology, and business leaders to improve business processes through effective use of Workday.
• Evaluate current processes and recommend practical system improvements that increase efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
• Support reporting related to headcount, turnover, recruiting, compensation, payroll, compliance, and other workforce metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Technology team responsible for HRIS administration, reporting, data integrity, and system support.
