Austin Powder is seeking an HRIS Program Lead to oversee Workday deployments, configurations, and ongoing maintenance across HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent modules. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS with deep Workday HCM
• Experience configuring Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Reporting
• Proven project management skills and successful system implementations or enhancements
• Strong attention to data integrity, compliance, and governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Workday modules (HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent)
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide HR insights
• Maintain security groups and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with IT, Payroll, and Finance for system integrations and improvements
