Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS with in-depth Workday HCM and end-to-end HR processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Direct expertise in configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, and Reporting.
• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Dashboards, Security Administration, and integration.
• Project management experience with system implementations or enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday modules including HCM, Time, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and Talent Management.
• Provide daily production support and ongoing Workday enhancements across all modules.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases and new functionality.
• Audit system usage, performance, and data integrity for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics and decision making.
• Support Workday data integration projects across US and Canada (1400+ employees).
• Provide training and support to HR staff on the Workday platform.
