Job summary

Sabre is seeking a Sr. Manager for HRIS & People Analytics to lead a global team, driving actionable workforce insights and planning capabilities. The role focuses on Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, and executive storytelling to support enterprise decisions.

Based in the DFW area in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders to align analytics with strategic objectives and optimize the HR technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in HR Analytics, data modeling or HR technology, with leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading cross‑functional teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Expertise with Workday Advanced Reporting and Workday Prism.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills (Looker/Power BI/Tableau).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to deliver analytics, dashboards and storytelling for executives.
• Own enterprise workforce planning, including labor forecasting and modeling.
• Govern Workday reporting security, data access and SDLC governance.
• Align analytics priorities with enterprise outcomes and roadmap execution.
• Promote responsible adoption of AI to improve analytics efficiency.
