Job summary

Sabre in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRIS & People Analytics to lead a global HR data program in a hybrid work model. You’ll translate complex workforce data into strategic insights and ensure our HR tech stack supports enterprise decisions.

You’ll set the vision for HRIS, govern data security, and partner with HR, Finance and IT to drive data-driven talent strategies. Strong leadership and deep Workday expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR analytics, data modeling, workforce planning or HR tech with leadership.
• 5+ years hands-on with Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism and Worksheets.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills with executive storytelling.
• Proven leadership, coaching, data confidentiality and efficiency.
• Able to apply agentic AI to improve analytics quality and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team delivering analytics, dashboards and storytelling using Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, BigQuery and Looker.
• Own workforce planning capabilities including labor forecasting, modeling and Workday Adaptive processes.
• Govern Workday security for reporting and data access; manage SDLC and governance.
• Partner with HR, Finance and IT to align analytics with enterprise outcomes.
• Champion responsible adoption of agentic AI to reduce manual work and boost throughput.
