• Extensive experience leading Workday HRIS implementations and global operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and global HR system integrations.
• Strong understanding of international HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy laws.
• Proven leadership with experience managing multicultural teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management capabilities with history of delivering large-scale tech initiatives on time and budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for the Workday HRIS platform and ensure alignment with HR and business objectives.
• Manage Workday optimization, upgrades, configurations, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Oversee HR data governance, security, and compliance with regional and regulations.
• Partner with HR business partners, IT, and vendors to deliver HRIS support and innovations.
• Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for HRIS operations and data integrity.
• Direct a team of HRIS analysts and Workday product owners, providing mentorship and high performance.
• Analyze HR processes and data requirements to configure Workday modules (core HR, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, time, learning).
• Drive user training, adoption, and support across global regions.
• Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for Workday HRIS services.
