Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
- 12+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related.
- 7+ years leading managers and operational teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, workflow automation, and reporting platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR Operations governance, performance management, and analytics.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize service delivery.
- Ensure compliance and governance across HR operations.
