Genuine Parts Company (GPC) seeks a Data Management & Reporting Manager to govern workforce data within Workday and drive regulatory and operational HR reporting across HR Operations. You will own data integrity, mass data updates, and organizational structure governance while partnering with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and IT to ensure reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes data quality, policy compliance, and scalable reporting solutions to support enterprise HR services and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting HR data management, HRIS, workforce reporting, HR Operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience maintaining organizational structures and workforce data within Workday or similar enterprise HR systems.
• Experience executing mass data transactions, data loads, data conversions, and workforce data management activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports and compliance-related reporting.
• Experience supporting regulatory, statutory, audit, legal discovery, or workforce compliance reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Own and govern workforce data governance processes and foundational organizational structures within Workday.
• Maintain supervisory organizations, cost centers, locations, and organizational relationships.
• Establish controls to ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with multiple teams to drive resolution.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide feedback on data quality trends and process gaps.
• Execute workforce data corrections, mass updates, conversions, and data uploads using Workday EIBs.
• Lead data strategy and execution supporting enterprise initiatives requiring workforce data management.
• Ensure changes are reflected across Workday and supporting processes with QA controls.
