Genuine Parts Company is seeking a People Systems Director to lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday HRIS. You will ensure the platform supports HR processes, compliance, and data accuracy while driving efficiency across the workforce.

This role partners with HR COE, IT, and business leaders to optimize functionality and user experience, oversee data governance, and manage global HRIS operations, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading Workday HRIS implementations and global operations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and HR data governance.
• Proven leadership across multicultural teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent project management and ability to deliver large initiatives on time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy and roadmap for the Workday HRIS platform aligned with HR and business objectives.
• Oversee Workday optimization, upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
• Manage HR data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver HRIS support and innovations.
• Direct a team of HRIS analysts and Workday product owners, mentoring high performance.
• Drive user training, adoption, and global support initiatives.
• Monitor performance and lead continuous improvement across the system.
