Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) is seeking a People Systems Director to lead the strategy, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday HRIS. You will ensure the platform supports HR processes, complies with regulations, and drives data accuracy across regional teams.

You will partner with HR COE, IT, and business leaders to optimize functionality, lead a team of HRIS analysts, and deliver global HRIS initiatives, including core HR, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Workday HRIS implementations at a global scale.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM modules and privacy/compliance.
• Proven ability to translate HR processes into technical solutions.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, time and attendance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmap for Workday HRIS aligned with HR and business objectives.
• Oversee optimization, upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
• Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a team of HRIS analysts and product owners.
