Job summary

Motion Industries (MOT) is seeking a Director, HR Operations Service Delivery to lead nationwide HR operational services across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will drive employee lifecycle administration, benefits and leave management, and HR service delivery performance while ensuring compliance and an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
12+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related field.
7+ years in leadership managing managers and teams.
Experience leading employee lifecycle administration and HR operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day delivery of HR Operations services across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Establish operational priorities, service delivery standards, and performance expectations across employee-facing HR services.
Develop and maintain a high-performing service delivery organization focused on quality, responsiveness, accountability, and employee experience.
Monitor service performance, KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service commitments.
