Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Director, HR Operational Excellence to lead governance, analytics, and continuous improvement across HR Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to establish standards, drive data-driven decision making, and ensure consistent policies and service delivery.

Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Operations, you will shape the operating model, advance automation and AI-enabled capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing managers and teams.
• Experience leading transformation, governance, analytics, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience with governance frameworks and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR Operations strategy, operating model, and priorities.
• Lead Operational Excellence, Knowledge & Policy Management, and Reporting & Analytics.
• Drive governance, controls, and service-delivery standards to improve performance.
• Oversee workforce analytics, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support large-scale transformations.
