Candidate should have 3+ years with Workday HCM, with FIN and integration experience considered a plus. Strong collaboration and data governance skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience with Workday HCM.
• 3 years Workday FIN helpful; Workday Adaptive and integrations experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday technical and functional expertise for HCM and FIN processes.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and legal compliance.
• Develop HRIS workflows and perform data uploads.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity and governance compliance.
• Support HR team on daily projects and system enhancements.
