Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking an HRIS Analyst for the Talent & Culture team in West Des Moines, Iowa. You will provide Workday technical and functional support for HCM and FIN modules, maintain accurate employee data, and develop workflows to enhance HRIS efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years with Workday HCM, with preferred experience in FIN, Workday Adaptive, and integrations. You will also participate in governance, reporting, and day-to-day HRIS tasks to support the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of professional Workday HCM experience.
• Experience with Workday FIN is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive and integrations is helpful.
• Strong data accuracy and HRIS governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday technical and functional expertise for HCM and FIN processes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee data.
• Configure and test HRIS workflows to improve efficiency.
• Perform data uploads and ensure data integrity in HRIS.
• Support payroll, benefits, and reporting requirements throughout the year.
