Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Workday specialist in Chicago to lead implementations and updates, partner with stakeholders, and maintain data governance across the employee database.

You will guide colleagues through new features, collaborate with the P&C team, and manage multiple projects to successful completion while upholding confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data presentation abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to business needs with Workday solutions and updates.
• Partner with stakeholders to facilitate goals within Workday.
• Provide data governance and maintain employee information accuracy.
• Research and identify areas for improvement; implement innovative solutions.
• Guide employees through new Workday features with clear communication.
• Collaborate with P&C team to optimize Workday functions.
• Lead Workday implementations, integrations, and product updates as a project manager.
