Living Spaces is seeking an HRIS & Operations Analyst to manage Workday across modules, ensuring accurate HR processes and scalable workflows. You will partner with HR teams and IT to configure, test, and optimize position management, departments, locations, and organizations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/CS and 3–5 years of Workday experience. Strong Excel skills, data analysis, and documentation are essential; you will own audit reports and support HRIS projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management and/or Computer Science related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS or Workday functional experience supporting core HR processes.
• Retail industry knowledge preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup and data elements for Workday position management, departments, locations and organization structures.
• Audit data accuracy and ensure policy adherence.
• Test and troubleshoot Workday integrations with internal/external systems.
• Develop custom reports and calculated fields for users and train others on modifying reports.
• Provide user support to HR to maximize system usage and efficiency.
• Support HRIS projects and ticketing/log tasks with timelines and quality.
