Rate, a Chicago-based retail mortgage lender, seeks a Business Analyst specialized in HRIS to drive Workday enhancements and HR technology initiatives. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, document processes, and coordinate testing and delivery with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in business analysis of enterprise HR systems, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, HR technology, enterprise applications, or related fields.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, and test scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Workday enhancements, issues, and projects.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technology stakeholders and maintain artifacts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts, coordinate functional testing, and support user acceptance.
• Support release readiness, training, and change activities.
