Job summary

Ramp is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join the People team during an active Workday implementation. You will configure and support Workday modules, collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional teams through go-live and hypercare, and help strengthen data integrity, controls, and the employee experience as Ramp scales.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience including configuration and production support.
• Direct experience with one or more Workday modules: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, or Absence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reconcile data and troubleshoot discrepancies across systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage employee data with sound judgment and appropriate controls.
• Ability to translate business requirements into configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally across People, Finance, IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, roll out, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, run tests, resolve issues, ensure cutover readiness.
• Run data validation and audits across HRIS and downstream systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Support system releases and enhancements: test changes, document outcomes, triage issues.
• Train and enable team members on existing and new HRIS processes and functionality.
• Create and maintain SOPs and job aids for recurring HRIS processes.
