Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience, including 2 years of Workday hands-on configuration.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM functionality and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and support for Workday HCM modules.
• Act as backup administrator for Workday modules.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
