Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. seeks a Workday HRIS Analyst to lead end-to-end Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization within the HR function.

You will bridge HR leadership and technical teams to gather requirements, streamline processes, and ensure system alignment with organizational goals. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience, including implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leaders to ensure a seamless Workday transition.
• Gather business requirements and align with HR goals.
• Participate in system testing and validation before go-live.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver training for HR staff and end users.
• Create documentation for HR systems and processes.
