AltaMed is seeking a Workday Systems Administrator to manage the Workday HCM system, ensuring reliability, configuration accuracy, and ongoing improvements. You will partner with HR, IT, and other departments to support HR processes and system needs.

The role requires expertise in Workday HCM configuration, system integrations, and data migration, with strong HR process knowledge. On-site presence in California is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years' experience with Workday or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration.
• Strong HR processes and data management knowledge.
• Experience with integrations and data migration; SQL/XML a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to support processes.
• Provide technical support and drive system enhancements.
