Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to maintain and enhance our Workday platform, ensuring efficient workflows and data integrity. You will configure processes, security roles, and integrations while supporting annual release cycles and reporting needs.

You will partner with HR partners and leaders, train end-users, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies. A Bachelor’s degree and strong HRIS experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems and Workday configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong data integrity, reporting, and analytics skills.
• Ability to partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to translate requirements into system design.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare, test and execute annual Workday projects and tasks (evaluation, mid-year/annual reviews, bonuses).
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data for accuracy and compliance; develop custom reports and dashboards.
