Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator at the Career level to own day‑to‑day configuration, administration, and integrity of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, partnering with Total Rewards, Benefits, and Payroll leadership to deliver a seamless employee experience.

You bring 5+ years of HRIS Workday experience, strong data quality focus, and the ability to optimize global Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of HCM design, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience supporting global HR programs across geographies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Design multi‑step business processes and lead testing.
• Develop reports/dashboards and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll leadership to optimize systems.
