SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator at the Career level to serve as a functional and technical subject‑matter expert for the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules within our Workday HCM platform. In this role, you will own the day‑to‑day configuration, administration, and integrity of these modules while partnering closely with Total Rewards, Benefits, and Payroll leadership to deliver a seamless employee experience. Experience with Workday Benefits and Compensation modules is a plus, as this role will also provide backup support for those functions. You bring proven Workday hands‑on expertise and motivated to drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
