Job summary

Q2 is seeking an HR Administrator at the career level to manage Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll configurations with a focus on data integrity and user experience. You will partner with Total Rewards, Benefits, and Payroll leadership to deliver seamless HR processes.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS (Workday) and strong communication skills. This position offers hybrid work options and opportunities to influence global HRIS implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll configuration.
• Strong understanding of HCM design, workflows, and compliance.
• Experience supporting global HRIS programs across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with HR, Payroll and business leaders.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Design multi-step business processes and lead end-to-end testing with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot Workday configurations and reporting with durable fixes.
• Ensure data integrity and conduct audits across modules.
• Create and maintain standard/custom Workday reports and dashboards.
• Document configurations, test results, and help guides.
• Develop scalable HRIS workflows and automations; train users.
• Lead requirements and solution validation with HR and Payroll.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and project workstreams.
