Job summary

Wonder is seeking a senior HR Technology Manager to own the Workday platform and architect scalable, AI-enabled experiences across onboarding and the employee lifecycle. You will design architectures, build integrations via APIs, and implement automation that reduces manual work while ensuring data integrity, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related platform roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules.
• Experience beyond configuration including integrations, APIs, automation, or system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday platform and evolve the architecture, configuration, and performance of the HR technology ecosystem.
• Design scalable, extensible solutions that go beyond configuration and improve employee interactions with systems.
• Build AI-enabled experiences & automation to reduce manual work and enable scale across People Operations.
