Job summary

Organon is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist, Workday to lead administration, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday HCM, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliant HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, CS or related field.
Master's degree (MBA, HRM, or IS) preferred.
Workday certifications in HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, or Benefits desirable.
5-8+ years HRIS/Workday experience with 4+ years hands-on Workday configuration.
Strong expertise across Workday HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent Management, Benefits.

Responsibilities

Configure organizational structures, business processes, compensation programs, recruiting workflows, absence plans, and security frameworks.
Manage role-based access controls and security governance.
Support compensation review cycles and recruiting operations.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Ensure accurate data management and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
