Job summary

Organon, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist, Workday, to administer, configure, and optimize Workday HCM, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and scalable HR technology.

Responsibilities include leading enhancements, testing, releases, and process documentation, plus building reports and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, HRM, or Information Systems) preferred.
• Workday certifications in one or more modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, or Benefits are highly desirable.
• 5-8+ years of HRIS or Workday experience, with at least 4+ years of hands‑on Workday configuration and administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Configuring organizational structures, business processes, compensation programs, recruiting workflows, absence plans, and security frameworks
• Managing role-based access controls and security governance
• Supporting compensation review cycles and recruiting operations
• Developing reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Ensuring accurate data management and regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR technology solution
