Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business/systems analysis, with ERP or HCM system experience.
• Workday experience strongly preferred; familiarity with security administration and report writing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write specifications and test plans for Workday configurations.
• Perform system and data analysis to improve business processes.
• Configure and modify Workday business processes and tenant setup.
• Oversee small to medium projects and assist with testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, integration teams, and SMEs on Workday integrations and reporting.
