Job summary

Urgenci is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to support HCM processes through requirements gathering and analysis. The role requires coordinating with various stakeholders, performing business analysis, and ensuring effective solutions for payroll and accounting functions.

Candidates should have a strong background in Workday, along with experience in payroll and accounting processes. A four-year degree in a related field is required alongside a minimum of three years' IT experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a related field, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ IT experience owning the financial function in an ERP (Workday preferred) system.

Responsibilities

• Perform process definition, requirements gathering, and analysis for HCM.
• Coordinate and lead discovery activities with business owners.
• Provide cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and scope definition of proposed requirements.
• Facilitate and perform light testing to ensure original requirements are met.
