Job summary

University Hospitals in Ohio is seeking an Oracle Business Analyst II (Payroll & Finance) to provide configuration support and workflow optimization for Finance, Payroll, Accounting, HR, and Supply Chain systems. You will design, test, train, document, and coordinate upgrades while working with IT Applications and vendor resources.

Candidates should have 3+ years as an application analyst, strong Oracle Apps experience (AP, GL, AR, Payroll, HR, etc.), and solid analytical and communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an application analyst.
• Experience with Oracle applications such as AP, GL, AR, Payroll, HR, and related modules.
• Proficiency with Oracle technology and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs needs assessment, software design, implementation, support, and reporting duties.
• Designs business workflow with units to improve efficiencies and quality initiatives.
• Performs unit and integrated testing with testing scripts.
• Leads end-user training development and participation.
• Maintains documentation and change control procedures.
• Escalates issues and coordinates with vendor for resolution.
• Manages application upgrades and troubleshooting components.
• Creates and maintains system documentation and integration work.
• Participates in call rotation and other duties as assigned.
