The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, strong data accuracy, and experience with Workday or similar HRIS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in a human resources environment.
• Experience with HCM systems such as Workday is highly preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and transactions in Workday or other databases accurately and in the correct format.
• Act as point of contact for employees, HRIS and plant leaders for Workday data questions.
• Research and resolve data input discrepancies or missing data.
• Gather and compile data for HR/Operations metrics reporting; distribute timely.
• Oversee Trumpia or other messaging system for location.
• Oversee unemployment process, submitting documents for complete data.
• Provide training for supervisors on Workday functionalities.
• Validate I-9 documentation and recertify status.
• Complete WOTC sec. 2 for all new hires.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows.
• Promote and follow safety initiatives.
