Qualifications

• Demonstrated clerical experience and HR familiarity.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM system preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver hourly new hire orientation to ensure understanding of policies.
• Enter new hire data in Workday accurately at orientation.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and ensure timely data entry.
• Check rehire status and merge records as needed.
• Partner with recruiting to schedule orientations and paperwork.
• Screen candidates and present offers; ensure offer letters are loaded in Workday.
• Greet walk-in applicants and answer HR policy questions.
• Follow safety policies and assist with employee engagement activities.
