Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC seeks an HR Data Specialist to enter transactions in Workday HCM and produce essential HR and operations reports. You will collaborate with HR and plant leaders to track metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and referrals, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.

The role requires strong data entry, confidentiality, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office in a fast-paced poultry operation. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in HR or HRIS environments.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and transactions in Workday or other databases accurately and in the correct format.
• Serve as point of contact for employees and HRIS questions related to Workday.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies or missing data; escalate as needed.
• Gather and distribute data for HR or Operations metrics reporting in a timely manner.
• Oversee messaging system for location and unemployment process data submission.
• Provide Workday training to supervisors and managers as needed.
• Validate I-9 and recertify right-to-work documentation as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE as applicable.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
