Guidehouse is actively seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant to guide federal clients through Workday HCM transformations. You will apply change management strategies, craft communications, and engage stakeholders to align people, processes, and technology for lasting value.
The role requires TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance or ability to obtain, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years ERP change management experience. Prior Workday experience and related certifications are a plus.

As a Workday Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the organizational change journey associated with Workday implementations. You’ll bring expertise in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to help federal clients adopt new ways of working. Your role will be pivotal in aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve successful outcomes and long-term value.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred. Bachelor’s degree THREE (3) or more years of change management experience in ERP implementation.
Prior Workday experience as subject matter expert and/or consultant Prosci, CCMP or other similar Change Management certification Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Strong writing, communication and project management skills Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills Ability to develop and cultivate relationships with internal team, clients, and other partners Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today Familiarity or experience working with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
