Job summary

GFT is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. offices, including Houston, TX. You will configure and optimize Workday HCM, partner with HR, deliver accurate data, and enhance employee experience.

You will support HR processes, build custom reports, and participate in biannual Workday releases, ensuring documentation and compliance. A strong background in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/IS/Business.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional or technical-functional role.
• Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, BPF, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Reporting).
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
• Support HR processes including hires, job changes, terminations, and reorganizations.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues with timely solutions.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing for Workday updates, releases, and configurations.
• Maintain system documentation and process workflows.
