GFT is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team on a remote work schedule. This role is open to candidates located in the United States and willing to travel occasionally.

You will partner with Human Resources to configure, test, and optimize Workday HCM, focusing on Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Reporting, delivering accurate data and a strong employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience in a functional role.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Recruiting, including business process configuration, security, notifications, and reporting.
• Experience analyzing system behavior and troubleshooting configuration issues with root-cause analysis.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Ability to gather and clarify requirements and propose scalable Workday solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, and initiative to research issues with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Reporting.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions that align with Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday business processes across Core HCM and Recruiting.
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday notifications, inbox tasks, and related business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday configuration and process issues with root-cause analysis.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to understand needs and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing for Workday updates, releases, and new configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
• Assist with data audits, validations, and compliance activities.
• Participate in Workday biannual releases by reviewing features and implementing enhancements.
