Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Workday HCM solutions for our government clients in the Washington, DC area. This role will coordinate Workday leads, BAs, developers, cloud and security engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions within complex customer environments.

The candidate will combine deep Workday product knowledge and enterprise architecture experience to translate requirements into comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• Workday HCM Certification required; additional Workday certifications preferred.
• 10+ years' experience implementing Workday or equivalent HCM/ERP apps.
• Experience leading 3+ Workday deployments from planning through go-live.
• Experience leading delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of security best practices and architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Design Workday and HCM solution architecture for large/complex programs.
• Provide expertise on software design, system architecture, and solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Lead delivery teams and mentor junior consultants and developers.
• Drive design reviews and ensure security, scalability, and performance.
