Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to drive the integration workstream for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer. You will lead design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of integrations, coordinating with Solution Architect, data conversion, security, and other teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions across multiple environments.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required per contract.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance with SCI and CI polygraph as required.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of enterprise technology experience in HRIS/integration or related tech.
5+ years of Workday implementation experience with leadership responsibilities.
Experience leading the Integration workstream for at least two Workday implementations.
Current Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer Services Certification.
Deep experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, WWS, APIs).
Experience designing integrations between Workday and external enterprise systems.
Experience translating requirements into integration architecture, designs, specs, mappings.
Experience with API/web services/file-based integrations and event-driven patterns.
Experience coordinating integration activities across multiple systems/teams.
Experience planning/testing/deployment/production readiness.
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams including consultants/subcontractors.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Integration workstream in parallel with other Workday streams.
Develop and manage integration strategy, plan, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.
Design and coordinate integrations between Workday and external systems.
Create integration solutions leveraging Workday capabilities and approved middleware.
Translate business requirements into integration designs and interfaces.
Collaborate with Solution Architect and stakeholders to ensure alignment with security and standards.
Coordinate requirements across Workday and technical workstreams.
Plan integration development, testing, deployment, and validation across secure environments.
Identify and resolve defects, failures, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
Guide Groundswell and subcontractor teams to timely, quality deliverables.
Identify and manage integration risks and escalate as needed.
Maintain integration designs, mappings, and test results.
