Job summary
Groundswell is a premier technology integrator delivering complex Workday implementations for an Intelligence Community customer. This role leads the Integration workstream, driving end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of Workday integrations within a highly secure environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep Workday integration expertise with enterprise middleware leadership, coordinating across multiple secure environments and cross-functional teams to ensure
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required per contract.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of enterprise technology experience with HRIS or related technologies.
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading the Integration workstream for at least two Workday implementations.
- Current Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification.
- Deep experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, WS, and APIs.
- Experience designing integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and related technologies.
- Experience coordinating integration activities across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Integration workstream, in parallel with other Workday streams.
- Develop and manage the integration strategy, plan, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday integrations.
- Design and coordinate integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Develop integration solutions leveraging Workday and enterprise middleware.
- Translate requirements into integration designs, mappings, and interfaces.
- Coordinate architectures with Solution Architect and customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate requirements across Workday functional, Data Conversion, Security, Testing teams.
- Plan integration development, testing, deployment, and validation across environments.
- Identify and resolve defects, failures, and dependencies; manage risks.
- Lead Groundswell and subcontractor integration teams.
- Maintain integration designs, mappings, and implementation artifacts.
- Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and readiness.
