Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to lead enterprise HCM solutions for government clients. You will guide cross-functional teams of Workday leads, BAs, developers, and security engineers to design scalable, secure Workday architectures that meet complex requirements.

You will translate business objectives into technical solutions, drive architecture across deployments, and ensure compliance with security standards and Groundswell’s capabilities while delivering

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain government Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field; Workday HCM certification required.
• Experience leading 3+ Workday deployments from planning through go-live.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of system architecture principles and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design Workday and comprehensive HCM solution architecture in large programs.
• Lead delivery teams; mentor consultants and developers.
• Communicate with clients; analyze requirements and shape future plans.
• Drive solution architecture across Workday implementations and ensure security alignment.
• Plan, estimate, and scope technical projects; write specifications.
