Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant to join an Agile team responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business vision and priorities. You will design, configure, test and deliver Workday capabilities to enhance employee and stakeholder experiences in an agile environment.

You will partner with business customers to understand needs, identify gaps and solution opportunities, support release planning, and manage delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
5+ years of Workday experience.
Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, and testing Workday Core HCM.

Responsibilities

Gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements with stakeholders.
Support configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Core HCM functionality.
Translate business requirements into functional Workday capabilities and scalable designs.
Coordinate and complete user acceptance testing prior to release, including defect resolution support.
Collaborate with executives, product owners, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery.
Focus on Workday HCM capabilities and related HR processes.
