The Judge Group is seeking a Workday Benefits Senior Consultant to lead Workday implementation and optimization projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep Workday expertise, strong consulting skills, and experience leading complex HCM implementations from strategy through deployment.

This role focuses on delivering configured Workday Benefits solutions and driving delivery standards across programs.

Qualifications

• Workday Benefits Certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Math, IS, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Benefits functionality.
• Experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more workstreams on large-scale Workday implementations or manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, quality, and resource allocation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Benefits solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday Benefits solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide expertise across HCM processes and Workday functionality.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve methodologies, processes, and delivery standards.
