Job summary

Apache Industrial is seeking an HRIS Lead to act as the Workday HCM SME, reporting to the VP of IT. You will own configuration, governance, and ongoing improvements across Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent Management.

You will partner with HR, Talent, and IT to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, lead testing, and provide Tier 2/3 support while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, IS, or business.
• 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration and at least one full implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Core HCM, security, and recruit/talent modules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal authority on Workday HCM systems.
• Own end-to-end Workday configuration of processes and security roles.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Lead testing for configurations and integrations and manage releases.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain system documentation.
