Job summary

TechDigital Group in the United States is seeking a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll to guide clients through implementation and continuous improvement of WD HCM solutions.

You will lead workshops, configure payroll structures, manage absences, ensure compliant time tracking, and support post-go-live activities while translating complex concepts for HR teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll.
• Experience configuring security and role-based access within WD.
• Ability to lead client workshops and trainings.
• Strong communication with HR teams and offshore groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of WD Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
• Design efficient time management processes and payroll structures.
• Manage absences in line with policies and regulations.
• Lead workshops and provide end-user training.
