Job summary

TechDigital Group in the United States is seeking a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll to guide clients through implementation and continuous improvement of WD HCM solutions.

You will lead workshops, configure payroll structures, manage absences, ensure compliant time tracking, and support post-go-live activities while translating complex concepts for HR teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll.
• Experience configuring security and role-based access within WD.
• Ability to lead client workshops and trainings.

• 1) Experience in WD core HCM and advance comp
• 2 Knowledgeable with WD security configurations.
• 3 Lead WD team and work directly with client personnel /HR teams.
• 4 Lead client calls /consult and recommend WD best methodologies.
• 5 Liason with Offshore teams and provide required updates to client teams.
