Workday is seeking a Senior/Functional Consultant to help clients optimize HR technology across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will drive customer success by translating business needs into effective Workday configurations and guiding implementation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with the following product areas: Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service confidently and consistently.
• Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements.
• Share broad experience with industry practices and be adaptable in challenging situations.
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities and tradeoffs.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
• Help customers become more self-sufficient and optimize their Workday applications.
