Capgemini is seeking a Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Lead to join our Workday practice. You will lead functional design, configuration, and deployment for global and U.S. clients, guiding workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and advance post-go-live optimization, leveraging AI and automation. A strong client-facing track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking implementations.
• Experience leading functional workstreams in complex Workday projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions.
• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering with HR, Payroll, and IT.
• Lead solution design discussions and provide guidance on best practices.
• Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) and payroll parallel testing, plus post-go-live optimization.
