Job summary

Mobility is seeking a hands-on Workday Functional Lead to guide HRIS implementations across Core HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll. You will configure and test modules, ensure alignment with HR processes, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in HRIS and 4+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on data integrity, governance, and reporting. You will participate in release cycles and help drive the platform roadmap to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS/enterprise SaaS experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience across modules.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major platform transformations is desirable.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle and reporting.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hands-on functional lead for Workday across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Time & Absence, Reporting, Learning, Help, Peakon and Payroll.
• Lead design decisions for Workday implementations and ensure scalable configuration across modules.
• Gather requirements from HR and stakeholders and translate into functional Workday solutions.
• Support the Workday roadmap and assess new features for business value.
• Lead biannual release testing and ensure readiness for new functionality.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to build Workday data structures and reports.
