Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a highly experienced Manager, HRIS (Talent & Core HCM) to serve as a hands-on Workday functional expert. You will design, configure, optimize, and support Workday Core HCM and Talent solutions, partnering with HR and IT to deliver scalable, future-ready HR tech across global teams.

The role focuses on leading Workday configurations, releases, reporting, and stakeholder engagements to enhance employee experiences and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong expertise in Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Succession, Career, Business Processes.
• Experience developing advanced Workday reports and dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience supporting global HR organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on user experience, process simplification, and scalability.
• Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal Workday solutions and best practices.
• Assess downstream impacts across business processes, integrations and reporting.
• Partner with Talent Management, HRBPs, Compensation, HR Ops, and IT teams globally.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Lead functional workstreams for large HR technology projects and enhancements.
• Manage priorities across multiple initiatives while maintaining quality.
